PART-TIME RECRUITING COORDINATOR

Position Overview: The Recruiting Coordinator will need to be flexible with hours Monday-Wednesday. The Recruiting Coordinator position requires someone that can handle fast paced days and have strong time management skills.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Support multiple recruiters
  • Screen candidates/ incoming calls
  • Schedule interviews
  • Meet recruiting goals and assist in onboarding as needed
  • Assist with various HR projects as they arise

Qualifications for the Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required with a go-getter attitude
  • Previous experience scheduling high volume interviews
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and strong work ethic
  • The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and help recruiters manage full cycle recruitment

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
