Quality Technician / Complaint Analyst
Manufacturing company needs a Quality Technician / Complaint Analyst to provide support and assistance in the evaluation of Product Complaints for FDA regulated products. Will be responsible for reporting of complaints, evaluation of returned products and processing of trending analysis, in accordance with Corporate, Site, and department procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position will interact with medical professionals to support in the complaint investigations.
Position is temp for 3 6 months but could go on longer

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality in an FDA regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail REQUIRED
- Excellent documentation skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Experience with process returns or RMA's a plus
- Experience in SAP or TrackWise a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
