Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus Job duties include:
Receiving parts Verifying that all parts are accounted for Inputing parts data into management system Invoicing via Quickbooks and CCC One entering accounts payable invoices.
Filing and scanning of all documents as needed for each RO.
Receiving and checking each invoice line Checking in new cars and creating work orders.
Daily updates on all returns and credits oTracking returns,credits,and back ordered parts Minimum requirements:

Experience with CCC One is a must Automotive experience a must Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and understand the English language o.
General Accounting knowledge Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written and verbal form Excellent organizational skills Exceptional communication skills Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Quickbooks experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize Highly self-moving, organized and detail-oriented Job Type:
