Reports to:
Director of Information Technologies The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to discover areas of revenue loss and identifying areas requiring improvement, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the of the business.
The Business Intelligence Analyst must work collaboratively with other members of the organization to provide data to management and the Company, while always following the Company's core values of Service, Integrity and Respect.
Responsibilities:
Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the database(s) to provide reports to, and answer questions from upper management.
Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization Build dashboards for various levels of the organization.
Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability Required Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes:
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Crystal Reports ,Power BI, SSRS), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, ,python) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding of database design and construction Education and
Experience:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
