- Groom pets according to customer specifications and breed standards - Bathe, brush, and trim pets' fur - Clip nails and clean ears - Ensure pets are comfortable and safe during grooming process - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions - Maintain a clean and organized grooming area - Assist with kennel duties such as feeding, walking, and cleaning up after pets - Occasionally provide pet sitting services for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pet groomer is preferred but not required - Knowledge of different breeds and their grooming requirements - Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments - Strong customer service skills - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently - Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time Please note that this job may require heavy lifting, as well as occasional kennel duties and pet sitting.
